Access to the application form
A link to the online application form is available under the Apply For a Grant page. When you click on the link you will be taken to the ‘My Account’ page.
You have two options here:
1. Existing account holders
If you have applied for an online grant with us on a previous occasion, you will already have an account. Enter the email address and password at the bottom of the screen for the account:
The application form will then appear – you can save the application and return to it at another time.
2. Create a new account
If you have not applied for an online application with us before, you will need to create an account. Click on the link below the email address field (note, different organisations will word the link slightly differently but the link is always below the existing account email address field):
The email address you use should be one that other workers from your organisation can use and access. An email will be sent to that email address with a link to the My Account page. This is where you access all of the applications you have started/submitted and any requirements the funding organisation requests you to complete. You should keep the My Account link and log in details where you can easily access them when need.
Once you have successfully created your account, the application will appear.
When the Application Form appears
You can start to fill the application form in immediately or, if you would like to fill it in at another time, click the ‘save and finish later’ button on the bottom of the screen.
When you select Save and Finish Later you will receive an email at the email address used for the account with a link to the My Account page.
Note: If you close the application form without clicking ‘save and finish later’ you will need to start again from our web site.
Returning to the application
To go back to the application at any time, log into your account (refer to the email with your My Account details you would have received when creating the account).
You can open, delete or email a copy of your application from here.
Access a started application:
When you log into your account, a list of started applications will appear. Click on the Application Name to open the form.
Delete an application you have started
You can delete any applications you have started by clicking on the bin in the row of the application from the Action column.
Email a copy of the application form
A copy of the application can be emailed by clicking on the envelope in the row of the application from the Action column.
Submit the application
When you have completed the application, click the Review & Submit button at the bottom of the screen (this button is only available from the last page of the application)
Tips while completing the application form
Project Budget details
When you are filling in the dollar value fields do not enter any characters (dollar sign, comma and decimal (full stop)), this will prevent the calculator from working. For example, a value of twenty thousand dollars would be entered as 20000.
Calculation fields – click on the calculator and wait. The calculated value will appear after a short time. Check the value is correct.
Be careful to take note of any comments on the form about calculations – some calculations need to be equal to zero and this is indicated on the form usually in red near the calculator – the form will not prompt you to fix calculations if they are incorrect.
